The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has invited online application for CTET (Common Teacher Eligibility Test) for the appointment of teaching post for class first to eight to CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), Delhi. CTET November 2012 will be conduct in two stages: first is primary stage for class 1st to 5th and second is secondary stage for class 6th to 8th.
This is the best opportunity for candidates who want to build their career in teaching field. Online application starts from 1 August 2012 to 31 August 2012 and last date of receipt of application form in CBSE is 7 September 2012. Government will give relaxation of 7 days to the candidates belonging to the remote areas for submission of receipt of application in CBSE. Date of written test is 18 November 2012 in two shift Paper I: 10.30 am to 12 pm and Paper II: 1.30 pm to 3 pm.
Candidates can apply with CTET 2012 valid Score card to the central government schools such as KVS, NVS, Tibetan schools etc and schools under administrative control of UT of Chandigarh, Andaman & Nicobar, NCT of Delhi, etc. Candidate may apply to unaided private schools; Schools owned by state government, local body and aided schools.
The Eligibility criteria and minimum Qualification for CTET is decided on the bases of primary stage for 1st to 5th class teacher e.g. passed or appearing in final year of 4 year (B.EI.ED) and Secondary stage for class 6th to 8th passed or appearing in 4 year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A. Ed/B.Sc.Ed etc as per the notification given at CBSE/CTET official website.
Application fees for General and OBC is Rs 500/- and for SC/ST/PWD Candidates is Rs. 250/- payment will be made only by Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank in favor of The Secretary of CBSE. Candidate must write own online registration Number, Name, address, Contact No. on back side of the DD.
Sometimes Candidates may have some confusions regarding application procedure, but CTET is very simple to apply. You can get online application registration form on CBSE CTET website from 01.08.2012 to 31.08.2012 only, then take a printout of application form and send to the respective address of CBSE Delhi office by registered or speed post, Application receipt must reach by 07.09.2012.
CTET written examination will be objective type multiple choice questions and there is no negative marking in this exam so it is a great opportunity to build your career in Teaching.
